Processing of personal data notice (art. 13 Legislative Decree no. 196/2003)

Delin Electronica srl as the entitled entity (the holder) for the processing of your personal data, pursuant to and by effect of Legislative Decree no. 30 June 2003 n. 196 ('Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali'), hereinafter 'Codice della Privacy', hereby informs you that the aforementioned regulation provides the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data and that such treatment will be based on principles of fairness, legality and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legal provisions of the aforementioned law and the privacy obligations therein.
Processing Purposes
In particular, your data will be processed for purposes related to the implementation of the following fulfillments, relative to legislative or contractual obligations of a possible and potential “Instaurazione di un nuovo rapporto di lavoro".
The processing of data for the performance of such obligations is necessary for the proper management of the relationship and to implement the above-mentioned purposes. The holder also announced, that any non-communication or miscommunication, of one of the mandatory information may result in the inability of the holder to ensure the selection and/or the provision of any pre-contractual benefits in case of employment.
For the purposes of such data treatment, the holder can become aware of sensitive data defined under the “Codice della Privacy”, as there are reported in the voluntarily submitted curriculum vitae. Your sensitive processed data are those which are strictly relevant to the obligations, duties and purposes described above and will be treated in accordance with the guidelines contained in the relevant General “Autorizzazioni Generali del Garante”.
Methods of data Treatment
Your personal data may be processed in the following ways:
- Automatic processing by electronic computers;
- Manual treatment through paper archives.
Each treatment takes place in accordance with Articles. 11, 31 and subsequent of “Codice della Privacy” and by adopting the minimum-security measures provided by the technical specifications.
Communication
Your data will be stored at our headquarters and will be communicated only to those persons who are pertinent for the performance of needed services and for the proper management of the employment relationship, with guaranteed protection of your rights.
Your data will be processed only by personnel expressly authorized by the holder and, in particular, the following categories of subjects:
- General Management and Direction;
- Administration Office.
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties.

Your personal information and data will not be in any way disclosed.

You are entitled to obtain from the holder the cancellation, communication, updating, correction and integration of personal data concerning you, and generally may exercise all rights under Art. 7 of Codice della Privacy supplied herewith in copy.
Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003: Article. 7 - Diritto di accesso ai dati personali ed altri diritti (Personal data acess rights and other rights)
1. The subject have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. The subject have the right to obtain information of:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of data treatment;
c) the applied logic in case of data processing with the aid of electronic instruments and equipment;
d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative person or institution in the State as well as their managers or agents.
3. The subject have the right to request:
a) the updating, the rectification or, when interested, the integration of data;
b) the cancellation, the anonymization or the complete block of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except if this requirement is proved impossible or it involves a manifestly disproportionate use of measures compared to the protected right.
4. The subject have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data also if pertinent for collection purposes.
b) the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
